As much of a hard time as gamers and consumers have been giving Microsoft since it announced the Xbox One, designing and releasing a console is no easy task. To celebrate the hard work of employees at the company, Microsoft will be giving each a very special edition of the Xbox One.

Full-time Xbox One employees will be receiving a free Xbox One console bundle come launch. But it isn't just the regular Launch Edition. Called the 'Xbox One Employee Ship Gift' it includes an exclusive white console and controller, one year of Xbox Live, an exclusive achievement, and the console even has the words 'I made this' etched on the housing.

As these are only for Microsoft's Interactive Entertainment Business employees, it's unlikely that the white style of Xbox Will see release for consumers, but at least we can hope.
